All made by Charlotte items are bespoke and / or handmade in Devon, UK. For bespoke items our lead times are generally 6-8 weeks from receipt of fabric, but this is subject to change.

Shipping is to United Kingdom only and not Northern Ireland

UK Returns

Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of item receipt, allowing you to request a return within this timeframe.

For eligibility, ensure the item is in its original packaging and received in the same condition as it was sent. Kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase for processing.

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our bespoke headboards and soft furnishings. Should any issues or transit damages arise, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your item.

Refunds are not offered on bespoke items, however, we will of course resolve any transit damage or unlikely faults.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

We can only refund for your order, you may not be refunded for your shipping in all circumstances.
